Five berths in two cabins: 

 

Forward cabin: with a "V" shaped berth and opening hatch for light and ventilation over. Hanging locker & shelves. 

 

Saloon: Two single, straight settee berths, centre-line table with 2 drop leaves and central bottle stowage. 'L' shaped galley to starboard with a Nelson 'Tecma' gas cooker replacing the original cooker, fitted with two burners, oven and grill. A stainless steel sink is provided with hand pumped cold water. A moulded coolbox is not fitted with refrigeration. Abaft the galley a generously sized quarter berth. 

 

Heads compartment: Located to the port side, within convenient reach of the companionway, this compartment is fitted with a Jabsco marine-flushing toilet, a moulded wash basin with cold water supply; hanging locker.

General note on safety equipment: Any safety equipment such as Liferafts, EPIRBS, fire extinguishers and flares etc. are usually personal to the current owner(s) and if being left on-board as part of the sale of a used vessel may require routine servicing, replacement, or changing to meet a new owners specific needs. 

Constructed in 1982 but first launched in 1983. Full osmosis treatment carried out professionally by Baltic Wharf Boatyard, Totnes in December 2010. 

Coppercoat Copper/Epoxy multi-season Antifouling system professionally applied to smooth prepared hull in winter 2010/2011 

 

Single laminate GRP hull, primarily stiffened by integrally laminated transverse and longitudinal stiffeners to Lloyds hull construction certificate requirements, supplemented by transverse bulkheads laminated and bolted to the hull and deck mouldings. An internal moulding primarily forms a 'landing' for teak-faced plywood joinery. 

 

The cast iron fin keel fits within a shallow, moulded recess within the hull's form and is fastened using high tensile steel bolts. 

 

The vessel is tiller-steered by transom hung rudder. 

 

The windows (a commonly poor aspect of the Moody range) have been removed, split apart and re-glazed on 'Habibi'. While the deck-head vinyl linings were always suspended on the Moodys.
